Batman endgame directors cut #1 ( just to see what the difference from the regular endgame)
Dark Knight III master race #1 ( no variants just the regular cover )
Spawn # 258 ( haven’t read this series since issue 11. And now Al is going back to hell to raise some hell lol. Can’t wait for this one. I hope is as good as I remember)
Carnage #2 ( also got the 92′ variant. The cover looks amazing)
Silk #1 ( for the wife. She really enjoyed last series)
Straight jacket #2 ( my shop got allocated and only received 1 copy and I was the only one that got theirs. So yay for me) ( did anyone else get there copies allocated)?
Harley Quinn Bendable Figure ( for the wife)
Gonna save my money and buy a high grade copy of DK Returns, the original series. It will always be a game changer/classic, no matter how many sequels they do … DK IV, DK V, DK VI etc

It’s another big week for me:
Fight Club #7 – As much as I love Fight Club, I’m losing the story between reads. Might be dropping and waiting to read all at once with TPB, etc.
Dark Knight III #1 – It’s Batman, of course I’m going to pick it up.
JLA #5 – Really been liking this new volume.
Jacked #1 – Seems interesting enough.
TMNT #52 – Kid has been requesting these, he started reading around #43 when Donnie bit the big one so he’s been hooked…
Chew #52 – Duh, see my screen name!
Fade Out #11 – Brubaker, the master at making you feel like your actually in the story, living it yourself.
Invisible Republic #7 – So underrated.. if you like politics and sci-fi, you’ll love it. I think this would make a great show or movie one day, you’ve been warned, don’t come crying to me when it does and you can’t find cheap copies anywhere.
Outcast #13 – I picked it back up.. we’ll see for how long.
Ringside #1 – Seems interesting enough, not a wrestling fan but very intrigued by the behind the scenes stuff.
Rumble #9 – Been loving it.
Saga #31 – Duh!
Chewbacca #4 – Who doesn’t love this big furry beast?
Darth Vader #13 – Great great series so far.
Groot #6 – I’m Groot!
Hail Hydra #4 – Gotta finish it off.
Moon Girl and Devil Dino #1 – Seems interesting, hoping it’s good.
Silk #1 – Yes, better than Gwen.
Venom Space Knight #1 – Gotta check out.
Peanuts Snoopy Special #1 – My 7 year old is so excited about this one, we just saw the movie on Monday.

Self Storage #2 – Enjoyed #1, gotta see where it’s going.
StraitJacket #2 – Really enjoyed #1, bummed about the missing comics. I hate thieves, I really do. Karma is a bitch and it’s coming for them one day!
Black Hood #7 – I did not like the new art for this, the story was only okay.. I’m twisted now.. The first arc was so good..
I think the original Black Hood artist is back. I complained about the Chaykin art last week. It was terrible.
Yeah, it wasn’t totally terrible, just wasn’t a good style for that type of book for sure.
I really hated the art. I’ve read other Chaykin books and never been that turned off. I really would have dropped it if he was taking over the art….but …..*breathe* …..we should be back to my normal dark gritty art.
I hear ya though.. if they kept the same artist, I probably would of stopped picking up myself.
On Superman volume 4 issue 45 variant with the cover resembling Godzilla in Japan. Under the title Superman is Japanese writing. The writing says in Japanese “Fuupaman”. They put the wrong character on the front page. I am hoping they recall this as an error. Or if they don’t I think this issue will go down as a first appearance alter ego “Fuupaman”.
Straightjacket 2 – one store had 5 copies, the other 2. And I reckon there won’t be to many more than that in the whole of the U.K.

The Black Hood #7: Thankfully Chaykin was a special guest artist, it was brutal last issue.
The Fade Out #11: Still my favorite book
Postal #8: I still haven’t read the dossier but this is still a solid book with a rumored media deal
Ringside #1: Still watch wrestling and this book is right up my alley.
Saga #31: I’ve been collecting the trades. This will be my first single issue. It’s too good to trade wait it.
I’ll probably pick up master race….but I’m not sure yet.
My big dilemma is my local shop is having a black Friday sale with 40% off of all comics. So I can go today and get my standard 10% or brave the world on Friday and get 40%….
Brave the world for 40% lol. I read the dossier. I wasn’t paying attention when I picked it up. Small story leading up to more things. A bunch of character profiles and such.

ha, I usually stay safely barricaded in my house on black friday…but 40%?!? I didn’t know the dossier was coming. I didn’t show on the comixology pull list that I use, so it was a surprise. I read through the first few pages and then put it down. I’ll try to get caught up on it this weekend.
I go out every Black Friday like the fool that I am. I buy and sell cheap bluray and DVDs
Your crazy. I lucked out, the shop I’m loyal most to is having their big sale on Saturday when I’ll be venturing out to another shop where the Space Rider guys are doing a signing for Local Comic Shop day….. 🙂

I didn’t even realize it until like a day or so ago.
I usually avoid the Black Friday weekend and hide in my house.. from all the crazy people out there. If I hadn’t seen them post a facebook event, I would of missed it myself.
I’d save a lot of money but people get crazy. I’ve been tempted a few times but sanity always prevails. My comic shop isn’t in a major hub of shopping so I think I can get in and out without too much trouble. As long as someone doesn’t start tasing people for the last Rick and Morty book for 40% off lol.
I use the Comic Geeks pull list app on iPhone and it’s great.
John, I used to use Comic Geeks app but it was missing some stuff and it didn’t update very well. It was wrong quite frequently. It’s been some months so maybe it’s better now? I’ve been using comixology’s pull list feature. The app is terrible but the web page works great. It’s usually accurate for the current week and next. The dossier was the first issue that it’s missed…..Thankfully I pull Postal so my shop had it in my box for me so I didn’t miss out.
My local shops will do the same but all of them exclude the most recent weeks new issues from such sales. Usually anything that’s from the previous week or older gets the bigger discount sale rate. Might want to make sure they’re going to include this weeks new issues, which would surprise me if they did.
They are including this weeks books. They’ve been really good with big sales. The big draw Friday is 40% off all comics “new and old” and 50% off of trades. They did 20% or 25% earlier this year for their 1 year anniversary and they did it on a Wednesday! Got my whole pull list discounted!

I wish my shops did such things.. they all exclude the newest releases for the most part.
I think it’s standard to do exclude new books. The first time they did a sale like that I was pleasantly surprised. They’re a good shop but my books get shorted a little too frequently. I figure that’s more of a small shop problem versus wrongdoing on their part. But whatever, I like the shop, the owners are cool so I’m happy they’re my LCS.

My shop was shorted all 50 copies of Chewbacca #4 so I’ll get that next week. Light week so I have $$ to spend on the TFAW Black Friday deals!
I don’t really get the “shorted” issue. My shops shorted much too frequently. If diamond prints to order how do so many shops not get their orders?? Frustrating.
Diamond doesn’t print, they are just the distributor. All the publishers just send their books to them to get distributed. So if a publisher falls behind in prints, doesn’t send them all, then Diamond likely allocates and distributes accordingly to try and make it so all the shops who ordered get *some* of them to sell until they get more.
I guess I knew that. Mostly because of the recent sex criminals issue when they told the story of being at the printers. Still, the original problem of the books are ordered and printed based off of that ordering….preorders should always be guaranteed.
So today I visited the store where I am going to get my book on Saturday for local comic shop day and the owner told me that they cancelled the hard cover for we can never go home. So whoever ordered there’s from eBay is going to get refunded. It sucks cuz it was one other book that I was looking into getting.
My shop said the same thing. A real bummer!
Sorry for the miss information. I called another store and they told me that if the store ordered them from Dimond then they got cancelled but if they ordered threw black mask then they got their orderes. Ether way it won’t be available everywhere.
I feel left out this week. I’m about 120 miles from the nearest comic book store and won’t get to my shops until Saturday. Hopefully everything I was looking for will still be there. I probably missed out on any variants I was looking for (Silk, specifically). One of my shops will have a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale going on so this week’s pickups should be a bit cheaper so I have that. Time to stock up on bags and boards!
One of my big purchases every year at Baltimore comic con is 1,000 bags and boards. I pay $80 for them from Heroes Aren’t Hard to Find in South Carolina. The boards come in boxes that make great storage boxes for about 20 bagged and boarded comics

I like the bags, they are thin and great for storage. They are comparable to the ComicCare 109 bags. 2 Mil Virgin Poly. I think they either order them in bulk and re-label them or have them made for their store
As of 12am est hot topic has exclusive blind boxed pop exclusives of some DC characters, Superman, Flash etc. Limit to 10 per person.
I just tried to go online now and there were none available. But they are available at stores tomorrow. Hmm. Adding Hot Topic to my list. They did just cancel my Carnage order.
So, left work early (Hehe like 7 hours early, it’s friday) an was able to find the vader down zadarsky (not black and white) at cover and finally found invincible 124. Also got green lantern 55 for the dex Starr origin
