  1. Ive been waiting since June of last year for an order. I’ve called everyday and emailed and no one responds. Even with the restructure they are good at taking money but not delivering and responding. Buyer beware with them. Sorry for the bad news, they have great covers.

    1. I’ve been holding this in for a long time, because I know ComicXposure is often spotlighted here on CHU, but I can’t keep quiet anymore myself. I think the only comment I ever made about CXP on a past thread, months ago, was that even though they were having problems and orders weren’t being shipped, they still kept in contact. Now that isn’t even true. Great Deals & Awesome Covers are all well & good, but when you are giving them your money up-front & getting nothing in return; and when you do get an order it’s missing tons of books or the wrong books were sent; you lose so much time and effort trying to make it right; you may as well have paid a little more someplace else.

      1. We don’t take money for nothing! Yes we had problems in the passed and always made right and as we continue to make changes there will always be growing pains. Its unfortunate when something goes wrong but at the end we make good we is why with support we have continue to grow and able to put out these exclusives. if you feel you paid for something and didn’t get it speak up don’t hold a grudge as we are here to make it right.

    2. Joseph,
There is no way you are waiting on an order from june. We Made have had issues in the pass but we keep no ones money and if you don’t get your product you get a refund. if you truly have and issue reach out to Mel v or dm us on facebook or Instagram with your invoice number if that’s the case. A Fulltime rep of Customer Service will be in place next week.

      1. Eddie, I can tell you the order number is 2344, this order was placed in April. A tracking number is listed on the invoice but I never received the package. If it got lost in the mail I understand, but I have contacted you several times and no one responds to my emails or calls me back. The phone number on your site 347-443-8270, rings until it goes to your message box. I would like if you could contact me. Here is my email jbgan98@gmail.com. I reveived invoice #5816 and both comics were not bagged and came with damaged corners. Again I reached out several times and no one responds. Instead of trying to help figure this out, your response sounds defensive as if I had done something wrong. I really really like your covers and exclusives however if your getting to show a defensiveness instead of working this out I have to consider even further whether or not future orders are worth it.

  2. Same here. I love Guillem March, but can’t trust ComicXposure anymore. I am still waiting on books from July 2015. They’d promised many times that things had changed and my orders would be shipping, but still Nothing. And now they don’t even bother to respond to inquiries. That is just bad business. And I’ve seen on their facebook page they are constantly plagued with customer complaints, and they just keep deleting the posts to hide it. And the whole time I was actually ordering from them, I never received an order without missing books. Sometimes more than half the order was missing. How do you “accidentally” leave out 20 books of a 30 book order? I’ve heard the promises of changes having happened three different times over the past year, but nothing ever changes. And it means something to me as a customer when the business chooses to outright ignore emails for 3 months. They’ve also stated on their facebook page that they are still not obligated to any kind of turnaround time on orders. 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years; doesn’t matter. You pay them with the expectation that you will get your books *someday*, but no timeline of how soon; and that includes current orders. I don’t think there is anything they could do at this point to convince me to ever buy from them again. And I am still owed hundreds of dollars in comics right now.

      1. I used Paypal. The items from July are a lost cause there, but others are still within the 6-month window. I am waiting on a last-ditch effort for a resolution, but if it doesn’t happen, I am filing with Paypal & the Better Business Bureau. I threatened such via email, after patiently waiting month after month, with No Response since November. When I put that in the Title, they responded within Minutes. They literally told me they have been Deleting Their Entire Inbox because they cannot keep up with all of the complaints from past orders. That is how much they care about making things right. They will not only ignore your messages, but outright delete them without even looking at them. Their boasts in public do nothing to instill confidence. And they’ve made some statements on facebook and in private emails that show how little they know about running a business and handling customer service. Prior to November, I heard so many stories & excuses & empty promises, and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt month after month. Now I just feel like they are stringing things out with more of the same. And the defrauded customers are piling up. This week alone, I have come into contact with at least a dozen people in the same boat as me. I don’t plan to sit by and let this continue. They’ve had more than enough time to do something by now. After the PP/BBB threat, they immediately sent me a shipping notification with a tracking number. The tracking number only shows that postage was printed. It’s been 5 days and the post office still hasn’t received that package. Remember their 48 Hour Guarantee Or It’s Free during last summer? They did the same thing with that. Print the Postage within 48 Hours… but the package wasn’t actually scanned or acknowledged by the carrier for another 5 to 9 days. I knew what I was seeing, but at the time, I was going to be a nice guy and let it slide. I didn’t care about waiting a week or two to get my orders, and I knew they were a smaller, newer company that I should cut some slack. I was actually a very nice, understanding, & rational person about all of this. But stringing me along all this time and taking advantage of my goodwill? They’ve lost me.

  3. I will give them one thing; they successfully achieved click-bait on Facebook yesterday. The fake “censor bars” over Harley & Ivy’s boobs makes it appear as though they are topless, and it can’t be shown on Facebook; causing you to click to navigate to their website to see the full cover… only to find out those “censor bars” were only hiding cleavage, which is totally able to be shown on Facebook…

  4. I agree with Marty. Awesome looking covers but the fact it’s Comicxposure makes me hesitant to purchase. Still waiting to hear back from them about an update to a dispute and any and all history of my correspondence with them has been deleted from their Facebook page.

  5. Does anybody know the best way to get a hold of comicxposure these days? I ordered some books back in December that I’m still waiting on and I haven’t been able to contact them about it. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response and I’ve tried calling the three different numbers they have listed, but none of them seem to work. Any information that could help me get through to them would be appreciated, thanks.

  6. Wow, I left my first post before reading the other comments here, I guess I’m not the only one having trouble getting in contact with comicxposure.
