Pretty Deadly #1 from Image sells out and print run

Looks like Image comics has another hit on its hand with Kelly Sue Deconnick and Emma Rios’ ‘Pretty Deadly.’ The book sold out on Wednesday.

The story and art are excellent on this Western story of vengeance featuring deaths daughter. The book sold out at the distributor level which means that you still may find them on you local comic shops shelf, but they cannot reorder any more first prints. The book had a print run of 57,000 copies, which is high, but featured 8 covers. The book is fully returnable so retailers who are unable to move their initial stock can send copies back.
