Jeff Lemire has a new book coming out March 4th. The book is called Descender. Comicbook.com has announced Descender has been optioned by Sony as a movie.
“It was a competitive situation for Descender, and we are thrilled that it ended with Sony Pictures acquiring the series,” said Lemire and Nguyen. “We know that their film translation will do justice to the original comics, and we are thrilled with their belief in the franchise potential.”
Descender #1 drops March 4th, and is a must pick up. The final order cut off is 2/9/15 so this will surely rank high on the Diamond Comics Advance Reorder List starting as soon as next week.

I was pumped to hear this earlier today being I had already preordered my copies. Can’t wait to check this book out.
