      1. Yeah…. Long-term pick for sure…. Most won’t afford it at debut price…. I can only see it coming down some before going back up, that’s if the character becomes popular.

    1. It is just a great looking cover. I personally love the way Cho draws women. Some people complain they are too thick. It is his style. No critics that I am aware of, just a funny, good looking Harley cover.

      1. Cho is a stellar artist who I personally feel gets too absorbed in trying to be snarky and react to critics in a way that comes off as jerk-ish. I like him, but his attempts to be, “Clever,” such as when he was doing those, “Outrage!” sketch-covers fall flat. It’s a good cover for sure.

          1. He seems like he would be pretty pleasant in-person and I hold no personal animosity towards him. I just would kind of roll my eyes at some of the, “Response,” pieces he would put out to critics.

  1. Yup, he sure did. That’s why Cho was only on the B covers until issue 6 (correct me if I’m wrong)—I think Cho was accused of overly sexualizing WW on the cover.

  2. I am puzzled as to why neither of you mentioned Captain America Steve Rogers #15. It has an incredible Dell’Otto cover and I have a feeling that this book will contain some good content too—especially given the “Secret Empire” event happening at Marvel next month. It’s already sold out at Diamond too….. ***At the very minimum, I think it’s easily “Cover of the Week”. Just an FYI for everyone as I’ve had some early notice from you guys about some great covers—and as my way of saying thanks, I’m wanting to put some water back in the well…..

      1. Ah. Well, I guess I owe all three of you an apology then—sorry guys, sincerely—never meant to throw a wrench into the works….

        1. Nah. It’s all good. There is no collusion on picks and in fact many times Poyo and I have the same things. I usually don’t spec a lot of Marvel where as Poyo does.

          1. Yes, my format I use…. I make a pick from DC/Vertigo and Marvel….. Even when there is nothing to pick. 🙂

    1. So awhile back when Frankiescomics was doing their 10 for 10 back issue sale. I thought I had won a prize or something cuz I put in an order for 10 of those Cap #15 for $10 bucks. I knew something was wrong but figured hey doesn’t hurt to try.
Got an email the next day saying they were just testing out the 10 for 10 feature and forgot to take it down. So they cancelled the order lol. Would’ve been something else to get that deal on them though! That cover is sweet.

      1. Did you pick some up at cover price anyways? Frankie’s is now sold out and has been for two days….this book might have some legs….

      2. Not from Frankie’s but I’ll be picking up a copy tomorrow. Love the cover too much not to.
The only other issue I have is the #1 hip hop variant with the green shield, havent even read it though. Not super big on Captain America myself.

      3. Would’ve been totally awesome Anthony, but I cant blame them. It was a honest mistake on their part.

  3. That, “Colossi,” comic caught my eye thanks to the huge crow on the cover! It reminded me of this really fat crow that would always hang outside my folk’s house and wander around with a weird limp and never fly. He would just kind of do a strange hop-walk and pick at trashcans around the college campus we lived across from. My wife saw him once and called him, “Stinky foot crow.” I know this is a random story, but I felt it was worth sharing as it shows how comics can bring back all kinds of odd memories!
