Free Comic Wednesday: Stabbity Bunny #1 CBCS 9.8 Self Published Variant

We mentioned a few days before Stabbity Bunny the self published mix of Sesame Street and Nightmare on Elm Street, was coming to one of my favorite publishers, Scout Comics. In honor of this, the creator and writer of Stabbity Bunny, Richard Rivera is putting up a CBCS 9.8 #1 Variant of the book, these are completely sold out. Check out below for the details.

This one is a little different so please read all the details.
Here is the Solicitation for the book:

A seven-year-old girl and her plush rabbit, Stabbity Bunny, are targeted by supernatural forces that have been hunting her family for generations. Grace is kidnapped and things quickly turn from dangerous to deadly when she attempts to escape. Fortunately, both Grace and the kidnapper will discover Stabbity has secrets of his own … and nobody threatens his little girl.

  1. A Jack Russell/Whippet mix female name Bandit and she has a little black mask. That little dog can get into just about anything.

  2. I’d take the dog from the The Vision comic named Sparky. Think he’d have some cool super powers to offer Grace.
But if we’re talking original idea I’ll go ahead and throw in a chow chow husky mix called Lumps.

  3. Either lickity the minpin or rocko the Rottweiler. Depending if you wanted a large breed or small.

  4. Weiner Dog or Dachshund
    Name should be “Spaghetti”
After my dog that recently passed away

  5. A bit pricey, but I have to go with the “dream puppy” I want for my own son, a Pomsky…named Wolfgang of course. -William Bazrouk

  6. A Pitbull or Pit-mix named “Chomp Chomp.”
He can show the lovable side of a face-licking, loyal Pit that doesn’t realize he is too big to be a lap dog while at the same time showing ferocious protective instincts when need be.
Also, he can either be the competitive adversary of Stabbity in the group . . . OR . . . a friend so close he makes him a snuggle-bunny. . . either way . . . Stabbity gets Chomp-Chomped.

  7. Poodles named Daedalus and Darlene. (Poodles are quite intelligent, and they didn’t ask for that stupid haircut)

  8. What about a bull terrier like the Bud Light mascot, Spuds McKenzie, from the 80’s/90’s.
He could even be a direct descendant of Spuds’ and Grace could name him Suds McKenzie in reference to the beverage that made his granddad a famous party-animal.
    -Matthew Seal

    1. Worry not! Scout comics will be printing the direct market run starting in 2018 as a monthly comic!

  9. Edwin Bruno
Get the ugliest laziest orange/yellow haired dog you can find. Make sure it barks alot but doesn’t bite.
    Call it Trump.

  10. A min – pin named Mandy the psychodog. She would be docile one second and ready to kill the next.
    Robert Clements

  11. She should get a French Bulldog , loyal and sized perfectly for Grace. The dog’s name should be court. Lots of reasons for the name including tie ins to the story and referential to the breed.

  12. A labradoodle, named Tranquility. Sorry I didn’t read the whole post before I entered the first time.
