Attack of the Killer B's: Harley And Ivy Meet Betty and Veronica #1 Adam Hughes Variant

DC is killing it with their cover price B variant program. Nailing down top notch artists to do cover price variants has changed the variant game a bit. Here is one you will not want to miss.
Final order cut off for this was last night, so do not delay if you want a copy Adam Hughes is doing the variant for Harley and Ivy Meet Betty and Veronica #1. Hughes’ cheesecake style is a fit for these four lovely ladies, and since he is already doing covers for Betty and Veronica, it is a perfect fit. Now, the cover art has not been released yet, but we will update you when it is.

  1. I preorder everything and somehow missed this. Thanks for posting as I’m an AH collector. I would’ve been bummed to have missed out.

    1. No cover art released before FOC….great business move. I thought they were in the business of selling comics.
With the Archie franchise and Adam Hughs contributing, who even knows if this will be released this year. The delays surrounding their books are astounding……

      1. It surprises me, too, when all of the Variants/Alternates are being solicited, and no cover art is shown. I’m sure I would have bought more of them over the years if I knew what they looked like in advance!
As for Archie’s delays, the Harley & Ivy meet Betty & Veronica mini-series is being released through DC, so I don’t think it will hit any snags. What boggles me is Archie’s lack of information about titles missing from the solicits. Is Jughead coming back? When? And the long wait on the first 3 issues of Betty & Veronica, but no word on whether the series will continue from #4 or get a new #1 when it eventually comes back… and a few random B & V mini-series’ in the meantime that I am not even interested in. And Afterlife With Archie will be ending at #12 (which I think was a lousy choice considering all of the untapped potential), but who knows how long it will be before #12 actually gets released.
