Final Order Cut-Off Highlights for 12/10/18

Final Order Cut-Off is the last day that shops can guarantee their orders for comics. After Final Order Cut-Off, or FOC, these books will only be available to retailers on Advance Reorder. And that is not guaranteed. So here are the highlights for Monday, 12/3/18’s FOC list.

Marvel

Ghost Spider Spider-Gwen #4 – Gwen gets a new power.

Web of Venom Unleashed #1 – Venom (symbiote’s) perspective on the events of San Francisco. I like the symbiote manifesting as a dog. This is a neat twist to just being a suit. Nick Bradshaw does a Stan Lee memorial cover as well.

Marvel Presents #3 Facsimile Edition – I love getting re-prints in the original format. First appearance of Guardians of the Galaxy gets the reprint treatment here.

Captain Marvel #1 – New series just in tie for the movie. Featuring an Adam Hughes 1:25 variant and a virgin 1:100 variant, plus the 1:50 Alex Ross is amazing.

Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #1 – there is an Artgerm variant for this one too. New series for Peter Parker.

DC

Batman #62 Frank Miler Variant – For DC to break out Frank Miller on a B cover, and I am stealing this from someone in the comments, must mean the book is going to be a big deal.

Young Justice #1 – Revival of the Young Justice series. Features two new characters, Jinny Hex and Young Lantern.

Harley Quinn #57 Tedesco Variant – Frank Miller steps down from the Harley Covers and Julian Tedesco picks up the honors. Great looking cover.

Martian Manhunter #2 Joshua Middleton Cover – Middleton uses a very different style on these Manhunter covers. This one is sick.

Green Arrow #48 Neal Adams Variant – Classic cover by a classic artist.

    1. I had this written up late last night and went back and checked, you are correct, I mixed up lists. By the way, I used to live in Dover but do not think you guys were around back when I lived there.

        1. Glad to have you here. It is a great community and we always love hearing from retailers. The Frank Miller cover is going to be awesome. I expect big things to come out in that issue.
