    1. Yeah it is! I would stick with the Ross covers all the way! The B covers and variants are nice but the Ross covers just kill it. The only variants I would consider are the 8 bit Hulk 181 homage #1 and the #2 1:25.

      1. Issue 15 of IH has a Ross Marvels 25th cover as well that may be worth grabbing. I like it a littlest better than the A cover. There’s some weird qualifier/incentive shops have to meet so not all shops can get it, my lcs didn’t qualify. So I’ll order it online.

Looking ahead to the covers through 19 this train ain’t slowing down any time soon! I will say I may have to opt for the Hulk Buster cover for issue 18 as the Ross A cover is somewhat a bland close up of the hulks face. My OCD with Ross covers may win out though.

        1. It was meet or exceed 100% of IH 14. I but the bullet and did it just because it is such a great series and the cover is beautiful, but I imagine many shops may not want to take the risk to get it. What Marvel is really doing with these threshold variants is encouraging shops to cut orders on titles to the bone so when an awesome cover comes out they can qualify and order a ton, knowing that other shops most likely won’t follow suit.

          1. That’s what shops are doing but what Marvel is actually encouraging is reckless ordering by shops so they order too many of one cover to qualify for another.

  1. Huh!! Wut?? 86 buck avg for the avengers 684 immortal hulk cgc 9.8 ?? How is this data ,, last year

  2. Three Venom #9 on shelf if you poke around a bit. I have three already. CHU crew: would you buy 3 more?…just curious.

        1. D-Rog if you are in WNC you probably will win the foot race…Im at hospital. When I was a kid (I’m 43) hospital gift shops sold comics. Plenty of WebofSpi and Spectacular (didn’t carry ASM…bummer) were bought when my grandma was ill.

  3. Btw, FOCs came out and I’m a little disappointed in the PutrinBatgirl killer B. I’m a big Putri fan so I guess I had high expectations. It’s still worth the pickup and may be under ordered not being a Middleton or artgerm.

  4. One more thing…I noticed in Marvel Previews that the True Believers are still $1 for May products….but online shops are charging $2.50 before FOC. That’s a huge price jump if that’s coming down the pipe and shops will Be ordering much much less of them…

  5. yes buy all the venom#9s now.dillon will be big time soon. I can see uncanny x men s#134&137 on the list next week.that trailer was great. no love for avengers #682? inmortal hulk is big time as well love you all blind adam out

  6. Hey I just wanna thank you for this post! I had a copy of Avengers 684 just sitting in a short box, not realizing how much it was going for right now! Just sold it on eBay in 10 mins for $45, and here I was probably gonna sell it for a buck at my next yard sale or something. Lol.
