Free Comic Saturday: Fan Expo J. Scott Campbell War of the Realms #1 Set

The Calgary Entertainment Expo, Fan Expo Dallas, and Orlando MegaCon have all passed. If you were unable to make it and pick up the Exclusive War of the Realms #1 J.  Scott Campbell Variant featuring Thor and Captain Marvel, here is you chance to grab a set. We are giving away a set tonight.

Limited sets of the J. Scott Campbell War of the Realms #1 Con Exclusives are available for purchase at the Fan Expo Store. These were originally only available at the Cons. Three covers were produced; one of which was sold at the events, one of which was distributed to Premium pass holders, and one of which was reserved for VIP guests only.   As an added bonus each purchase of the War Of Realms 3 book set will come with a FREE Joe Quesada 1:100 virgin retailer incentive if you place your order before midnight Sunday (June 2).  Hurry these will go fast.

We are doing this a little different tonight. For your chance to win, and in honor of the recently launched Comics Heating Up Forum, here is what you need to do to enter:

    1. You must go to the newly launched forum and sign up (Here is the direct link to the post to make it easier.)
    2. Simply enter your name in the forum response.

Pretty Simple. Still, one entry per person, Fan Expo Store is covering the shipping on these so it is 100% free.

The winner is chosen at random and will be announced on www.comicsheatingup.net this weekend. One entry per person (we have ways of knowing) and duplicate ISP addresses will be disqualified.

Good luck!

    1. First posts might need approval. So if you were able to login and click reply, it’s likely in moderation as I just approved around 8 responses on the forum.

    2. You should see your entry now on the forum.

The problem is Discourse tries to combat potential spam or bots by throwing posts into moderation if they make a post almost immediately after signing up.

So for all you trying to create an account and post to enter, no worries if you don’t see your post immediately, we might just have to go manually approve.
