Comics picks of the week for delivery 11/19/14

Each week, hundreds of new comics hit the stands, each one with potential. Some live up to that potential. We pick the ones we think have the best shot of heating up. Here are our picks of the weeks for 11/19/14:

The Pick of the Week:
Sensation Comics Featuring Wonder Woman #4– I know what you are thinking. What? Huh? A a DC book on the list, let alone a Wonder Woman book on the list. Yup! Adam Hughes cover (See below). Hughes has a big following, people will be seeking out this book. His DC female covers do well on the secondary market.

Multiversity Pax Americana New Grant Morrison series within the DC universe.
The hot new Image #1:
Intersect #1– Raw Fowlkes, and Jeff Lemire launch a terrifying monthly odyssey of madness and warped flesh in this lush, fully-painted debut issue!
The other new Image #1:
Sinergy #1 A girl whose super-power is sin. Interesting new Michael Avon Oeming book.
The Small press gem of the week:
Epocalypse #1– Small press book from Legendary comics. When a mysterious space-time phenomenon causes 600 years of human history to collapse into a single era, societies from the past, present, and future are forced to coexist in a dystopian civilization. To set the timeline straight, an elite team of Resynchronization Officers must rid the world of Anachronisms – futuristic artifacts that threaten the very laws of time. To ensure our future, we must undo it.
The Amazing fact that a Marvel book appears on the list (The same week a DC makes the list):
Guardians of the Galaxy #21– Holy Crap! Planet of the Symbiote. The venom alien gets a proper origin story. Really pumped for this one.
