Every once in awhile something comes in I have all intentions of selling but when it actually arrives, I do otherwise. The Star Wars Digital Collection is one of those items. And now thanks to our friends at Hasbro, they are sold out at the wholesale level until mid to late April. So if you have patience more will be coming. But I would get them as soon as you see them on shelves in the wild.
I do not see Hasbro making these in abundance like the Black Series. The box also makes them display friendly with out the “nerdy” look of action figures cluttering your shelf. I mean, unless you’re into that sort of thing. They worked really hard on the box and I cant believe I am saying this, but…these were meant to stay in the box. (full body cringe) One of the notable drawbacks, if you call it one, is that most figures look like repacks of figures in previous 3 ¾ series made by Hasbro. But as I noted earlier these benefit greatly from staying in the box (another full body cringe) so it’s no issue for me. But, then again, you never know with Star Wars fans. I also wanted to include some more detailed pictures than the stock photos provide by Hasbro. I feel that the stock photos do not do this collection justice. They are available for pre-order here or you can take the risk of them showing up at your LCS mid to late April if they don’t still have any or just missed the boat the first time.
Keep an eye out at for these here when they become available again.

Hasbro says, “Celebrate the saga with the Star Wars Digital Collection 3 3/4-Inch Action Figures Case! Each box of 4 individually packaged 3 3/4-inch action figures will remind you of your favorite moments from the original era of Star Wars trilogies. Ages 4 and up”
I find it odd IV V and VI there’s no Princess Leia figure..
$120 is steep. If they were more detailed, less cheap looking, and not a repack (the only thing missing are the CommTech chips), I would bite. I’m all for the “limited” collectibles, but Star Wars ones are a dime-a-dozen.
Lucas still gets those royalties I’m sure.. he’s gonna maintain that ranch of his.. 😉
…and I would love to visit that ranch.
I thought the character selection could have been better. Princess Leia. Old Obi Wan, ect
you know, I used to collect modern hasbro 3 3/4 about a decade ago…and these figures are terrbile by those standards!
