What’s up CHU, Mel V back with another great week of comics and variants. Variants do carry risk, some go up, some go down, but as long as you are buying art that you like, you can’t go wrong. Here is what I am feeling this week!
Got some good ones, and one really, really bad one this week!
Extraordinary X-Men #3 Cover B Incentive Clay Mann Variant. Just a damn fine looking cover.
The Big One for the week is Howard the Duck #2 1:25 Fowler Gwenpool variant. Find it cheap and sell. Find it cheap and keep, but Gwenpool is really on fire.
Two cheap lottery pick ups are Green Lantern #48 Harley Quinn Little Black Book Variant, the Tim Sale Harley Cover and Harley’s Little Black Book #1 J. Scott Campbell Variant. If you luck into the rarer ones you will make out!
One I cannot recommend is Daredevil #1 Cosplay Variant. Oh man this is bad. Let’s start with the eyes being so close together. The horn placement being odd, not a well done costume. I think the only people buying this is the cosplayer and his mom. I have it on my list because I was having a bad day and I saw this and thought this looks like a beetle had sex with a Boston baked bean or a red hot candy and I laughed. So pick up if your having a bad day
Haha.. Daredevil Cosplay Variant should make anyone feel better about their own life if they’re feeling a bit down.. 😉
Lol those are horns…I thought those were knots on his head after a run in with kingpin
????
I dont know about you guys but I haven’t really liked any of the cosplay covers.
To be honest, me neither. I’ve passed on them all. I think they’re all pretty cheesy.. which is probably the point with them.
this DD looks even worse than the one from the Incredible Hulk movie
LOOOOOL “I think the only people buying this is the cosplayer and his mom.”
Low purchase run vs Low Print run lol.
Look Mel, my mom took a long time making that costume for me and I am very proud to wear it. So what, maybe me and my mom were the only one’s to buy that cover. At least we made cover. Can you say that!
Mel stopped wearing costumes his mom made him when he was 8.
