As always we also want to hear about your weekly pickups.
So, What were your pick ups?

    1. Lucifer is a great TV show. So enjoyable. I record it on Mondays and watch it and brooklin 99 on Friday evening with my fast food dinner!

  5. Hey guys, just a quick question. I was going through the books that would be released this week and I came across the description of International Iron Man #7.
“Tony finds out the truth about his parents and their connection to the history of the Marvel Universe”
I haven’t been reading Iron Man and have no idea what’s going on with the series. I was just wondering if this book would have any spec value?
    Thanks

    1. This has been hinted at since the last series I believe where they talked about the secret origin on Tony Stark (they had the baby with different Iron Man helmets on) if the story becomes cannon or is earth shaking it could be. I just don’t put a lot of stock in Marvel books.

  6. Picked up:
Civil War II #5 Cho Variant – I want the whole set, love that screen printed band poster style
Harley Quinn #4 Harley/Poison Ivy variant cover, beautiful
    Deadpool/Gambit
    Extraordinary X-Men Annual Variant
    X-Men Civil War #4
    Vision #11
and because Tony said something about it, I read the end of International Iron Man #7 and picked one up

  7. Batman #7….I hate crossovers and “special events”.
    Ringside #7
Wonder Woman ’77 I’ve been getting these for my wife.
The Punisher #5 I’ve been enjoying. I don’t think it’s as good as everyone else does but it’s still good.
I can not say enough good things about “The Fix”. It’s amazing how good that series is. Every issue was been a homerun. Do yourself a favorite and give it a try.

  8. Superman was great….they’ve recaptured the Superman of the 50s and 60s…just good hearted fun.

  9. my focus this week was on Manifest Destiny. This book is still going strong and I’m still hoping some sort of media deal developes.

  10. Did you guys see the e-mail from Image regarding Seven to Eternity going to a 2nd print already? From the e-mail:
In order to keep up with overwhelming customer demand, Image Comics is sending SEVEN TO ETERNITY #1 written by Rick Remender, drawn by Jerome Opeña, and colored by Matt Hollingsworth back to print today, the same day as the issue’s release.
In this breakout hit from the reunited creative team behind Uncanny X-Force, readers meet The God of Whispers. A dark tyrant who has spread an omnipresent paranoia to every corner of the kingdom of Zhal, The God of Whispers enlists spies who hide in every hall spreading mistrust and fear. Adam Osidis, a dying knight from a disgraced house, must choose between joining a hopeless band of magic users in their desperate bid to free their world of the evil God, or accepting his promise to give Adam everything his heart desires.
Readers are invited on a hard road through the strange fantasy world of Zhal. All men have surrendered their freedom for fear. Now, one last free man must choose.
SEVEN TO ETERNITY #1 remains available for purchase across all digital platforms, including the Image Comics website (imagecomics.com), the official Image Comics iOS app, Comixology’s website (comixology.com), iOS, Android, and Google Play.

  14. Was ill yesterday so didn’t get to OK LCS ;o( But spoke to the owner he’s gonna put some things by for me, so far Flash #6 and Wonderwoman #6. Will get on his FB page to see what else came in, he’s gonna pull some stuff for me. My LCS is aces!! (Scorch in Eastbourne UK!)

    1. hope so. not only would that be awesome but i picked up cheap copies of 126 a couple years ago when i heard about the dr strange movie.

      1. I think we will get a good idea if on Marvel Agents of Shield whether Dormammu or Mesphisto is identified as the devil mentioned by Ghostrider. Boils down to who owns the movie rights to Mesphisto.

  15. Does anyone know the deal with the Green Lantern misprint, which one is the misprint the one that says Family Matters or the one that doesn’t?
