Valiant Comic’s Quantum and Woody are set to be The Russo Brothers have lined up their next big project after wrapping “The Avengers: Infinity War” according to The Wrap’s website.
This is a “for real” TV show and not a web series like the other Valiant projects currently filming. Quantum and Woody first appeared in the obviously titled Quantum and Woody #1, which can be still found for cheap.
From The Wrap:
The Russo Brothers have lined up their next big project after wrapping “The Avengers: Infinity War”: they’ll get back to their TV roots with another comic-book adaptation, “Quantum and Woody,” people close to the project told TheWrap.
The team behind “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” and “Captain America: Civil War” will develop “Quantum and Woody,” about the world’s worst super-duo, with Valiant Entertainment. Anthony and Joe Russo will be executive producers alongside Mike Larocca and Valiant’s Dinesh Shamdasani.
“Ant-Man” veterans Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari will also serve as executive producers, in addition to scripting the pilot. The duo are currently scripting the upcoming “Ant-Man and The Wasp” for Marvel Studios.
Thanks to some Facebook friends for pointing this one out.
For me the spec pic on this is the 1997 series #1 painted cover variant. I picked one up yesterday just at the announcement. There are currently none on ebay and the normal cover is at ridiculous prices.
The regulars were cheap last night. There are some Vf copies here for $8 https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=147321&AffID=1003187P01 But no painted ones.

What happened to Deadly Class????
Nice! I have a NM Dealer Edition #1 that was never hole punched! Thinking I’ll hold on to it till the movie comes out then cash in…
Anthony, is there any way (or where would I go) to find out what the print numbers are on dealer copies? I looked around Valiant’s web site but couldn’t find anything. Thanks!
Brett I am not sure if they ever released the information to be honest.
