Blind Adam’s Hidden Gems Vol. 96

Greetings my Comics Heating Up family.thanks for reading each and every week. Not feeling well this week, spring colds suck. So here are twelve  reprint comics that should be on the Hidden Gems list when digging in boxes, and one, lone non-reprint. Anyway, War of the Realms #1 was amazing, as was Captain America #9. If you can listen to the old Dr. Strange radio shows, do so,  as they reek of awesomeness. Now lets make some money
1. Marvels Greatest Comics  #39 and 40 – reprints Fantastic Four #52 and 53. First Black Panther and First Claw the Black Panther is here to stay and I believe he is the new face of the MCU so these reprints have nowhere to go but up $5 and up

2. Marvels Greatest Comics  #39, 36, and 37 – reprints the classic coming of Galactus from Fantastic Four #48 -50. The hottest books on the market today. Will the mouse, Mr. Mickey Mouse himself, the lord of entertainment, will he put the Surfer in the next GOg movie? These are hot reprints $10 and up

3. Fantastic Four #48 Wizard Ace Edition – remember the Wizard Ace Editions? I love these plastic covers not that hard to find but tough in high grade as a real Fantastic Four #48 becomes pricer and pricer this might raise in price $20

4. Marvel Tales #9 – Classic silver age reprint. First time Amazing Spiderman #14 is reprinted. Marvel Tales are so undervalued and so worth the buy in. The Green Goblin will be back on a screen before we know it $20 for high grades

5. Incredible Hulk vs Wolverine #1 to everyone buying the facsimile reprint or the true believers edition you might want to take notice. This 1980’s reprint, reprints Incredible Hulk  #180, 181, 182 and for the first time I might add. There might be a reprint in one of the treasury editions more research needs to be done on that but this is undervalued for some reason and it is the awesome  powers of the wolverine $10

6. Marvel Milestone Edition Captain America #1 – when buying milestone editions off my comic shop, I was surprised wow much this goes for. Reprints Captain America Comics #1 with the original cover but it goes for $100 holy crap go digging

7. Sensational She-Hulk #58 – taking a quick from reprint comics. This issue features Carnage . Venom’s son Carnage . This might be Carnage’s first appearance outside of a Spiderman comic and it is a fifty cent She-Hulk book a buck tops but woddy from cheers is playing carnage and it will be amazing $1-5

8. Detective Comics #373 Mini Comic – Reprints a silver age mr. freeze appearance tough in the wild it is Batman’s 80th birthday with and Detective hit #1000 and we have a few animated movies and the end of Gotham plus a Batwoman show so this could see some heat as I think Stephen Amell’s wife is playing Mr. Freezes wife on the Batwoman’s how $60 and up

9. Marvel Tales #106 – first reprint ever of Amazing Spiderman #129, first Punisher. According to this movie, this is the holy bible of comic book collecting? Why should I listen to anything coyote ugly? This is a cheap reprint,  yes there is the Milestone Edition,  the Wizard Ace, the True Believers. This and #209 with the Mike Zeck cover is the ones you should be chasing

10. Marvel Tales #137 Nabisco variant – first of all, Nabisco is a group of drug dealers. Keep your Keebler and your elves and cookies . This reprints amazing fantasy #15 as does the regular cover $20 and up first spiderman nuff said

11. Amazing Fantasy #15 2012 60th Anniversary variant-  This is the remastered edition. Came out in 2012. Why no love? First Spidey is first Spidey $5-10

12. Detective Comics #38 Block Buster Video Variant –  1997 was a bad year for Batman and Robin, not a great movie. Not by a long shot. But Blockbuster and Toys r Us remember them? reprinted Dick Graysons first appearance go for the Block Buster one as block Block Buster was amazing and I miss it $10-25

13. Silver Age Classics Showcase #4 – reprints the first Barry Allan, the silver age flash with the TV show and its fan base. With a grant Morrison written movie in the works I think buying this is a smart movie plus it is the flash bro $10-20

Well I am going to lay down. Spring colds suck…. headache is coming back again. See you all next week.
