The third of three new shows, and possibly most exciting of them for spec purposes, is Ms. Marvel.
Ms Marvel is Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teenager that can change shapes and stretch. Kamala Khan’s first appearance is a little harder to nail down. She has a one panel cameo in Captain Marvel #14, she then gets her first full appearance in All New Marvel Now Point One
, and then gets her first costumes appearance on the cover of Captain Marvel #17 2nd Print
. These are all before Ms. Marvel #1 (2014)
, her solo series. The really exciting spec is Kevin Feige said she would be featured in both the TV series and in movies. So Marvel has big plans for the character.
You left out Captain Marvel 17’s cameo (which is way more relevant than 14), 1st print and it’s panel showing her flexing with the Ms. Marvel Bolt.
It’s important book but sadly this is one of those times the masses picked the small one pane, unamed, no speaking part cameo as the winner.. But #17 is still a key book I think.

I believe CM17 came out before Marvel now point one. I already have a CGC 9.2 of MNPO and just picked up an ungraded copy that looks to be at least a 9.6. $55 for the ungraded one this morning.
I have the unopened Five Below packs with an ANMNPO first and second prints. I picked them up years ago for $4.
That’s the same place I got my Marvel Point One Variant in one of their packs.
I really think the McNiven 1:75 for all new marvel now point one is the way to go if you can find one. It’s a ghost!
Sooo …Kamala as first app?cameos go is a strange one her first cameo is 14 (the amanda connor variant is a major book ) he second Cameo is 17….. but her First App is the second print of her second Cameo ( i know confusing as hell) shes right there in full uniform on the cover
