FOC ends tonight at midnight, and the Batman #92 Punchline Variant returns at a price of $39.99 for those who want one.
Pass. $39.99 does not entice me.
It would entice me if they actually used Gemini mailers instead of flat flimsy mailers for single books…
My advice is order more than 3 comics with backing boards or include one of those magazine sized black label books to ensure they are mailed in robust containers.
Not sure if they use Gemini mailers for “premium” comics…my 1:25 ratio venom incentives came in flimsy folders so I doubt it.
The last 1:25 comic I ordered from TFAW came in Gemini mailer with extra bubble wrap added as well to pad it up more.
Ever since I told off my USPS guy to not BEND and SHOVE their thinner rigid mailers into my mailbox that is half the size, all of mine have shown up in pristine condition. 🙂
The FOMO is strong with this one…luckily picked one up at $19.99.
My old LCS that I left because the owner is a greedy clown was pre selling the 1:25 for $50 US, the store down the street, that is my current LCS, had them for $25 US. Hmmm. Decisions decisions. Lmao.
