For the Cover

Killadelphia #7 B Variant – by Skottie Young worth looking for. Young’s books tend to appreciate over time.

Batgirl #48 Ian MacDonald Cover – Just like this cover. reminds me of the Middleton stuff in the earlier part of his cover run.

Reprint of the Week
Strange Academy #1 3rd Ptg – Marvel Reprints have been hot, Strange Academy gets an Humberto Ramos Variant Cover here.

New #1’s
Mega Man Fully Charged #1 – Boom brings back Mega Man, a bunch of great covers, if you are a fan, grab one.

Locke & Key In Pale Battalions Go #1 – Locke and Key returns to the printed page. Great series with a huge fan base, even bigger since the TV show.

Batman Three Jokers #1 – No one slept on this, and there are a ton of cover, still, it is going to make a great read.

Canto II Hollow Men #1 – the fan favorite series returns with an all new #1. These was a one shot this summer that was great. Love the Ben Bishop TMNT homage cover.

One to Watch
X-Men #11 – I am hearing something big happens. I do not have the scoop on this one yet but will have spoilers Tuesday night.

Pick of the Week
Spawn #309 – With sales in the $20-$30 range, with stores jacking up prices (looking at you Midtown), with stores canceling people’s orders the day before release (Unknown Comics), people could be scrambling for this one tomorrow. Check Mycomicshop.com tonight to see if you can score a copy.
