However, jumping into the letters page, we see this from Kirkman, talking about Dead Planet, a failed book he was trying to launch at Image that would have had Michonne in it, and The Walking Dead, a book he did launch that only lasted 15 issues and never got to introduce her.
Is Kirkman an alternate universe jumper? I’m thoroughly intrigued by whatever is happening here.
It’s strange. He totally plays up the alternate universe angle. I am hoping this is something completely different and not a crossover tie in.

I’d keep an eye on the walking dead deluxe after issue 15. Purely speculation but I wouldn’t put it past Kirkman to do something sneaky if his sales aren’t strong.
