#11 MARVEL SUPER-HEROES SECRET WARS #3 MARVEL | 1984 It was recently announced that actress Jameela Jamil was cast on SHE-HULK to play the villain, Titania. Her first appearance in this issue sold 22 copies, had a 7-day trend of 170% and had a high sale of $555 for a CGC 9.8.
#12 SAM AND TWITCH #1 IMAGE | 1999 Deadline recently announced that “Wiip Partners With Todd McFarlane To Develop ‘Sam And Twitch’ Series Based On ‘Spawn’ Comic Book Characters”. This news helped their first appearance in Spawn #1 spike as well as their first solo series. It sold 21 copies, had a 7-day trend of 226% and had a high sale of $40 for a raw copy.
#13 FANTASTIC FOUR #33 MARVEL | 1964 Along with rumors of Namor possibly appearing in BLACK PANTHER 2 comes a possible villain with Attuma, an Atlantean Warlord. It’s important to remember that this is all still unconfirmed. Yet Attuma’s first appearance in this issue sold 16 copies, had a 7-day trend of 275% and had a high sale of $340 for a raw copy.
#14 SKAAR SON OF HULK #1 MARVEL | 2008 After the recent Skaar news, his first appearances in WHAT IF? PLANET HULK and WORLD WAR HULK #5 jumped in price. However, after those, collectors turned to his first ongoing series with this issue. It sold 11 copies, had a 7-day trend of 377% and had a high sale of $34.99 for a raw copy.
#15 EVE #2 DAN MORA (1:10) BOOM! STUDIOS | 2021 EVE is another BOOM! series that’s garnering more and more attention. This 1:10 had a nice boost in price due to moving 33 copies with a 7-day trend of 120% and had a high sale of $33.90 for a raw copy.
#16 STAR WARS #1 MARVEL | 1977 With all the massive Star Wars heat, this is really the one that started it all. It’s going to be climbing for the foreseeable future. For now, it sold 16 copies, had a 7-day trend of 225% and had a high sale of $732.62 for a CGC 9.4.
#17 SOMETHING IS KILLING THE CHILDREN #1 LCSD 2020 FOIL BOOM! STUDIOS | 2019 While this foil version is one of the cheaper issue #1 covers, it’s really moving out of that “cheap” designation. Raws remain over $35 and it sold 28 copies, had a 7-day trend of 119% and had a high sale of $169.99 for a CGC 9.8.
#18 RED ROOM #1 FANTAGRAPHICS | 2021 Red Room landed on our Top 10 the week it came out. Since then, prices have been sporadic. This week it sold 25 copies, had a 7-day trend of 133% and had a high sale of $11.29 for a raw copy.
#19 NIGHTWING #78 DC | 2021 Nightwing/Dick Grayson’s sister Melinda Zucco makes her first appearance as the new mayor of Bludhaven in this issue. A curious market on what this means long term sold 39 copies, had a 7-day trend of 84% and had a high sale of $61 for a raw copy.
#20 THE NICE HOUSE ON THE LAKE #1 WERTHER DELL’EDERA (1:25) DC | 2021 Most covers for this series are heating up quickly. This 1:25 was hard to find on release and many had to turn to buying their copies online. It sold 21 copies, had a 7-day trend of 150% and had a high sale of $65 for a raw copy.
