FOC is the last chance to put in your orders with your comic shops and likely get at a discount for pre-ordering.
Impure #1 (2nd Ptg) has a pretty cool cover. I actually enjoyed this first issue and not surprised to see it get a second printing. Could be hard to come by as a lot of shops still skip over Scout books I think and particularly additional printings.
I love a good Joker story. The mini-series are the way to go. So Joker Presents a Puzzlebox #1 (of 7) is a definite book I’ll be checking out.
You can’t beat a good Dell ‘Otto Variant. Batman #111 (Cover B – Gabriele Dell Otto Card Stock Variant) is a book I’ll likely be grabbing just because it’s Otto.
All of the Stray Dogs go back for additional prints. Probably solid grabs. There’s a 1:10 for issue #5.
- Stray Dogs #1 Fifth printing, Cover A
- Stray Dogs #1 Fifth printing, Cover B blank
- Stray Dogs #2 Fourth printing
- Stray Dogs #3 Fourth printing
- Stray Dogs #4 Fourth printing
- Stray Dogs #5 Second printing, Cover A
- Stray Dogs #5 Second printing, Cover B 1:10 copy incentive
Me You Love in the Dark #1 (of 5) is a new Skottie Young and Corona title. Loved it after reading the first issue already. I guess it’s not surprising since they did such a great job on Middlewest.
There’s a TFAW exclusive for this one as well, limited to 500 copies: Me You Love in the Dark #1 (Eryk Donovan TFAW Exclusive Variant)
I love a good Ghost Rider story. So Spirits of Vengeance Spirit Rider #1 is on my pre-order list.
I actually enjoy this writers books when I find the time to actually read them. I got Maria Llovets Porcelain #1 on my target list of books to checkout.
Lots of variants for this one though:
Maria Llovets Porcelain #1 (Cover B – Wijngaard)
Maria Llovets Porcelain #1 (Cover C – Li)
Maria Llovets Porcelain #1 (Cover D – Boss)
Maria Llovets Porcelain #1 (Cover E – Rich)
Maria Llovets Porcelain #1 (Cover F – Blank Sketch)
This new book from Action Lab just sounds great. Imagine being the only person who isn’t a hero or villain with powers.
If we don’t destroy earth first, this is going to happen one day as it’s already starting to happen in Not All Robots #1
Not All Robots #1 (Cover B – Deodata Jr) which is a pretty cool cover as well, a homage to Grant Wood’s American Gothic.
Trover Saves the Universe #1 (of 5) comes off as a potential entertaining read, particularly for you Rick & Morty fans. They’ll be seeking these out more than likely.
I expect Image to quickly issue out that press release shortly after release day to say it’s “in demand and being rushed back to print”… 😉
By now, everyone should have Star Wars titles on their watch list. So it’s no brainer to put Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters 4-Lom Zuckuss #1 on the list as well as anything could happen for firsts, new Marvel canon appearance, etc.
Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters 4-Lom Zuckuss #1 (Zama Variant)
Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters 4-Lom Zuckuss #1 (Wanted Variant)
The same goes for Star Wars Bounty Hunters #15 (War of the Bounty Hunters) which just introduced Deathstick in the previous two issues that appears in this one as well.
Star Wars Bounty Hunters #15 (Sprouse Lucasfilm 50th Variant War of the Bounty Hunters)
Star Wars Bounty Hunters #15 (Wanted Poster Variant War of the Bounty Hunters)
Here’s to hoping Black Panther #1 ends up being a entertaining and great read. Ridley takes over writing duties for this new volume and reboot.
If the writing or story lacks, at least we got Alex Ross mesmerizing us with his awesome regular covers.
Black Panther #1 (Nauck Headshot Variant)
Black Panther #1 (Netease Marvel Games Variant)
Black Panther #1 (Romita Jr Variant)
Black Panther #1 (Young Variant)
The Not All Robots homage is Norman Rockwell’s Freedom From Want, not American Gothic.
My bad, I thought you meant the cover pictured.
Heh, yeah, sorry. the B variant.
