The issue features a ton of fighting, especially between Spider-Man and Task Master. There is a side storyline that is far more interesting. Dr Ock has gotten into Reed Richards’ lab and has put it to good use. He has opened up a multidimensional gateway.
So….The “Superior Four?”
The “New Fantastic Four” was Wolverine, Ghost Rider, Grey Hulk and Spider-Man. Since the Superior Spider-Man is Dr. Oct, then this seems like a spin on that group. Being in Reed’s lab seals it.

Actually, looks like there is a superior four comic coming out….didn’t know this. Now it makes sense.
