Returning Favorites
Blink (Oni Press) #2 – I haven’t done one of these in a while as a book hasn’t really hooked me in that much, Blink, however, is an awesome new horror series that has a great catch at the end of the first issue. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.
New #1’s
N.O.A. Not Otherwise Authorized #1 – New Source Point Press book. The N.O.A agency is authorized for one target only, the international master criminal Nimrod. And then, maybe the world
Star Trek Picard Stargazer #1 – New Star Trek book focused on Professor X Jean Luck Picard. First issue of the last series saw some heat.
Transformers Shattered Glass II #1 – Second series in the Transformers Shattered Glass universe, which switches Optimus Prime into the villain and Megatron as the hero.
For the Cover
Harley Quinn 2022 Annual #1 (One Shot) Nathan Szerdy Cover – Nathan Szerdy has done “hot girl” covers for a while. He has a good following. Now he is doing a bunch of DC books and bringing that “hot girl” cover sensibility with him. Great looking cover.
Frank Frazettas Death Dealer #4 Video Game Homage Variant – Cool Sega Golden Axe Homage.
Cradle Of Filth #2 Video Game Homage Variant – Sweet Castlevania homage.
Ones to Watch
Amazing Fantasy #1000 – I used to love big landmark anniversary issues, and as a result, this one makes the list, even though I am not sure how the math lines up. Will have to see if anything is teased in the issue.
