FOC is the last chance to put in your orders with your comic shops and likely get at a discount for pre-ordering. Here’s a few of the highlights for this week.
Amazing Spider-Man #13 is a no brainer. New goblin. It’s not going to make you money immediately, it’s the type you buy a few, stash and wait for the longer gamble.
Amazing Spider-Man #13 (Mandryk Beyond Amazing Spider-Man Variant)
Amazing Spider-Man #13 (Stegman X-treme Marvel Variant)
There’s also a LCSD 2022 Variant for this issue. Might be the one to nab as well as it might not be as heavily ordered as the main cover and others.
Spider-Man #2 LCSD 2022 Variant might be a good pick up. I can see this cover appealing to the younger crowds and if anything happens within, makes it that much more special.
I still like the regular cover too though.
Star Wars High Republic #2 is just a must on the notion that any issue could hold a new first that people go bonkers for.
Star Wars High Republic #2 (Stott Variant)
I jumped off the Fantastic Four bandwagon years ago but Fantastic Four #1 I’m going to check out cause I’m a sucker for time traveling or looping type stories. I hope the writing is top notch cause the premise has me intrigued if done right.
Lots of variants for this one, I’m sticking with the regular cover more than likely (or maybe since there will be a lot of these, just wait for it to hit Marvel Unlimited since it might be hit or miss with me).
Fantastic Four #1 (Alex Ross B Variant)
Fantastic Four #1 (Js Campbell Anniversary Variant)
Fantastic Four #1 (Noto X-treme Marvel Variant)
Fantastic Four #1 (Alex Ross Variant)
Fantastic Four #1 (Coello Variant)
Fantastic Four #1 (Nauck Headshot Variant)
Fantastic Four #1 (Blank Variant)
Kroma by De Felici #1 (of 4) I’ve heard good things about. I think I got an advanced preview copy so I need to check it out.
Kroma by De Felici #1 (of 4) (Cover B – Harren)
Kroma by De Felici #1 (of 4) (Cover E – Blank Sketch Cover)
LCSD 2022 Kroma by De Felici #1 (of 4)
Kroma by De Felici #1 (of 4) (Cover C – 10 Copy Harren Variant)
Hell to Pay #1 is another Soule title. Will it follow the same success as Eight Billion Genies? Just gonna have to wait and find out but it’s a definite check out for sure. Soule rarely disappoints with his writing.
Hell to Pay #1 (Cover B – Sliney)
Everyone loves a good Mars story right? Fear of a Red Planet #1 is a check out to see if it’s worthy enough to keep reading.
Natures Labyrinth #1 (of 6) sounds like a mix of the movie No Escape (RIP Ray Liota) and Squid Game.
The 1:100 for Batman and the Joker Deadly Duo #1 is pretty slick if you ask me. Might be one of those covers that people keep seeking out over time. Kind of like Jock’s iconic TEC #880 cover. This won’t come near that one but ya never know… only time will tell! Nothing wrong with a little wishful thinking right?
TFAW has it listed for $99 while eBay has some deals but with some others trying to start the listings at $250 range.
Been loving these Poison Ivy covers and Poison Ivy #6 (Cover A – Jessica Fong) is another one to add to the heart column.
The Warren Louw Card Stock Variant is pretty slick as well along with the others available:
Poison Ivy #6 (Cover C – Jenny Frison Card Stock Variant)
Poison Ivy #6 (Cover D – 1:25 Zoe Thorogood Card Stock Variant)
Might as well go ahead and pre-order Poison Ivy #7 as well. I’m liking all of them so far…
