The name of the chained guy is NOT LL-01. That’s the name of the computer hologram assistant back at Supercorp that told Mercy and Superman about Project: Chained.
The guy that was locked up down there isn’t named in this issue.
If he’s not named, does that mean it’s a cameo appearance?
