It was pretty well documented by Bleeding Cool that Who Killed Kurt Cobain heavily lifted from another Kurt Cobain biographical graphic novel. Now, IDW has made the graphic novel fully returnable due to content.
The image below, from the Bleeding Cool story, shows a comparison between Who Killed Kurt Cobain and Godspeed: The Kurt Cobain Graphic.
Diamond sent out the following notice letting retailers know that the copies are fully returnable due to the content.

Doesn’t this mean the book will be more valuable since IDW is essentially recalling the book?
Could be. I will bet it will not be reprinted. So it will go out of print and could go up in value.

How kind of them to make it returnable, lol. It’s called copyright infringement. Me thinks me smells a lawsuit coming.
Most certainly I smell a lawsuit.

Thanks for the heads up. I am currently teaching my 8th graders about copyright.
