THE FAMILY TRADE #1 from Justin Jordan (LUTHER STRODE, SPREAD), Nikki Ryan, and Morgan Beem will be rushed back to print in order to keep up with increased customer demand.
Steampunk, alchemy, and adventure meet the ocean in THE FAMILY TRADE. On an island city in a world where history didn’t quite turn out like ours, a hidden family of spies, thieves, and assassins makes sure that the world keeps going. Or they did, until Jessa Wynn, their youngest member, manages to start a civil war.
THE FAMILY TRADE #1, 2nd printing (Diamond Code SEP178186) and THE FAMILY TRADE #2 (Diamond Code SEP170725) will be available on Wednesday, November 15th. The final order cutoff deadline for comics retailers is today.

Didn’t care for it. Felt like the history was feed to you instead of naturally occurring…and the art was not my taste. But sounds like it may have found an audience.
I completely agree.
Passed, couldn’t get past the artwork during LCS flip through.
Man, I really liked this book and I enjoyed the art as well.
I think the art was too juvenile for the premise and would be better suited for a less serious story.
I hate to burst these bubbles but it is not sold out just yet. Second print is on the way. It seems that Image is now taking a step in the Marvel direction and announcing second printings before the first is sold out. It is a bit disconcerting.
It’s all marketing tactics for sure. Image is probably worse than Marvel as of lately.
They can’t stay consistent either.. not long ago they were gonna print extra books to avoid 2nd prints.. now it seems every book goes to second print as of recently.
I think they thrive off the secondary market. They get us folks who flip to buy more than one copy in hopes it heats up to make money ourselves while they profit by boosting their sales numbers. Cause face it, for every 10 books Image puts out, half or more it seems end up as total garbage reads that vanish quicker than they appeared.
