NY Times has a fun article on-line talking about comic books they would like to see as shows. I think at least one of them already has been picked up for a movie/TV deal.
The list is as follows:
1. Mind MGMT
2. American Vampires
3. Fatale
4. Hawkeye
5. Manhattan Projects
The full story can be seen here for their reasons.
Sure their list is a shot in the dark. Or maybe they know something. Or maybe we will see the list becoming a self-filling prophecy.

Yes to all please! Though Hawkeye may be a bit too much like Arrow in the non-comic reading public’s eyes…
Hawkeye would also be hard to pull off as he is already an established Avengers Movie character. If they did it they would have to do a younger version with a different actor, completely separate it from the movie universe or use the same actor from the movies.
We have enough Vampire movies.. skip American Vampires please.. it may be good with an awesome writer but please, no more vampire movies.
Fatale would be the most idealistic to me for Hollywood to make a movie on. Manhattan Projects would be awesome but I don’t see them pulling it off, it’d get ruined at the box office and be a bust in my opinion.
There is no way Manhattan Projects could be done well. It is a great comic but the threads in the story line go all over the place and it would have to either cut the storyline down, change it completely, or do a series of 3 hour movies intertwined
Exactly, why it would be ruined if done.
