1. Beard trim! I actually like the Harley A cover better.

2. I can’t seem to find the Liefeld defense of his new Wolverine cover. His twitter account is noisy, man talks to much.

   1. He said, in reference to someone asking about the proportions of the cover “Remember that Wolverine is 5’3 in the comic books, regardless of Mr. Jackman’s wonderful and towering depiction of same.”

      1. I was hoping it was another… “Wheres the feet?”

         1. Forget the no feet on Wolvie, where did his neck go?

3. Harley Quinn 58: Derrick Chew will be doing Harley covers for the forseeable future. Seems like a style that the people like, like a busier Artgerm. Going in on these, but the art was released a while ago, so it may hit a low ceiling. Not a Harley fan, but that cover A will be going in the PC.

   Avengers 14: Matteo Scalera is a favorite and he’s doing a wraparound cover for this book.

   Others I’m grabbing: Uncanny X-Men #11 InHyuk Lee Skrulls Variant and Female Furies Variant (I’m still not completely pissed at Mattina, convince me otherwise but I still think using references is part of the process – but he should probably come out with a statement really soon).

   2. Mattina is copying and pasting other artists work into his own. On some, you can literally see the original artists brush strokes. Literal copy n paste. That is not reference.

4. Every cover Mattina does must be an homage to someone else’s work.

5. And Anthony you are soooo wrong. You were more entertaining than the entire Super Bowl.

   1. …And that includes the commercials.

6. Not my favorite rendition of Batman on the Harley 58 A cover…just not liking the way he was drawn there…something off…but I’ll still pick it up.
