This one is not quite clear. Looks like Jim Parrack is playing someone in the Suicide Squad film. He has been tweeting out pictures of Deathstroke the Terminator, which he has been rumored to play. However, according to Comicbook.com that may not be the case.

It looks like Jim Parrack may have been having a little fun with fans on social media recently. When he was revealed as part of the cast of Suicide Squad, rumors immediately began to spread that he would be playing Deathstroke the Terminator, a rumor Parrack was semed to be lending credibility to by posting images of Deathstroke to his own social media accounts.
Jeff Sneider of Meet the Movie Press has refuted the claim, reporting that Parrack is not Deathstroke, but instead Jonny Frost in Suicide Squad
Jonny Frost is a character that only appeared in the awesome Joker hardcover graphic novel by Brian Azzarello, Lee Bermejo, and Mick Gray. The book follows Joker after he gets out of jail following the Batman The Dark Knight movie. Jonny Frost is Joker’s driver, who the Joker takes a liking to but ends up shooting in the face.
I just don’t understand DC. They have all these really popular characters played by actors on their TV shows. So what do they do? Use none of them in the movies. Why? Pure idiocy.
