I love Zero, from Ales Kot and a rotating cast of artists. I even gave away the Paul Pope #1 Phantom Variant here a while back. Well, the tv and movie news continues as Ales tweets tonight.
So, um, how many of you would like to see ZERO as a TV show?

Someone went on to ask Ales who he would like to see in the show. Which was responded with a:
Since there are some movements on that front, I currently prefer to keep that to myself. No definitive answers at this point. Plenty of possibilities. I will give you one, though: Viggo Mortensen. In which role, I won’t tell.?

Needless to say, copies are still cheap on eBay at the moment, Zero #1 Image Comics
The Phantom Variant runs about $9.99, Zero #1 Phantom Variant
Side note. Ales is coming to town for a signing and I will be picking up copies of #1 and #1 Phantom Variants for signing. Won’t even mention at this point Paul Pope (cover artist of the Phantom Variant) will be coming to town later for a signing and will hopefully have covers left for him to sign.
Also, Thanks to Trey over at the Google+ Comic Book Speculation & Investing community. These guys are great, check them out!
top notch book here. ales kot is one to watch. wild children and change were fabulous. he’s a big thinker. issue 5 of zero was a game changer.
Didn’t read Wild Children but did like Change, very odd book. Zero is one of my monthly favorites.
Here’s something to consider. Change and Wild Children are both trilogies. If ZERO puts Ales on the map, these will go up in sympathy as others seek out the 1st of the trilogies.
How are they related. I know at the end of issue 5 of Zero there were the weird things coming out of the water, and in Change there were the “elder gods” things. Is that how they relate?
Change and Zero are not related at all. None of them are. Change is a trilogy and Wild Children is another trilogy. ZERO is just an ongoing.
I misunderstood and though you said they all were a trilogy. Having only read the two was trying to figure out the link. Thanks for the clarification.
