Edge of Spider-verse #2 Third Print, must pick up

I already put out our picks of the week for 11/26/14. But there was one I left off on purpose to give it special attention. The book worth the extra look is Edge of Spider-Verse #2 Third Print. Spider-Gwen is hot.
People have been going nuts over the First Print, Greg Land Variant, the sold out Second Print, and now the Third Print.
The Third Print is already selling for more than cover. It has closed recently as high as $13. The book also features a new cover, featuring a character design for Gwen Stacy Spider-Woman.
Definitely worth a look if your lcs ordered it.

  1. If anyone wants the 2nd print, one of my local shops still has a nice stack of them. The 3rd print is more desirable in my opinion though since it’s a different cover.

  2. I’m glad I pre-ordered a few more copies than what I was going to 🙂 I wonder when the 4th printing will be announced. If Ms. Marvel can have, what, 7 printings, how many will EoSV #2 have? I’ll keep buying them 🙂

      2. Marvel is tricky according to my usual shop. He’s been trying to order these and gets denied. He claims Marvel is sort of controlling the numbers in order to go back to 2nd, 3rd and more prints. It wouldn’t surprise me though if they are, I think he’s just missing out for the most part.

  3. I grabbed 2 copies from lcs at cover and I was talking to him about the hype for the third print and he held the other 4 he had to list higher than cover haha.. So at least I got my 2 at cover. The other 2 shops have been a bust. 1 didn’t get it and the other didn’t get his shipment of books yet because of weather.

  4. I have been pre ordering hot titles like this in advance, for 30% off, at TFAW. Never had any issues with them and shipping is pretty fast and cheap. I’ll receive my copies within one week of release. Just a tip for you all.

    1. I try to do this sometimes but keeping my stacks low each week has been a goal of mine. Sometimes I don’t decide to buy something until I see it in hand. 🙂

  5. got 4 NM+ copies, funny thing is there where at least 20 copies, and they only got 10 copies of the first print, i got 5 that time and couldn’t believe people were not buying it, long story short, now i have 1 of those 1st print copies for sale on Ebay CGC 9.8 signed and with a little sketch by Robbi and its at $315 and 3 more days to go, i hope the other 2 i sent to CGC come back with the same grade. I said this before, Spider-Gwen is going to be the most expensive modern book spider related since Venom in Spider-man #300.

      1. never got so many messages from people at ebay asking “how much? ill pay right now” the first day i was going to say $350, good thing i didn’t LOL

          1. i just love the book so much, i got a sketch cover done by Robbi that is awesome, the guy is young and he’s going blind!!!! i don’t know how long he’s gong to be able to continue drawing 🙁

              1. yeah, the guy that represents him told me he works with a magnifying glass!!! every single page!!! the more he does it the worst he gets, super sad and the guy is soooo nice
