Agent Poyo's Picks of the week

Yes, I’m a warrior chicken who is a collector first, then a flipper
second. My picks come to you as a regular feathered chicken who minds
his own business with no inside information to any of the comic books
being released each week. I give you these picks of the week only
knowing what you know or can find on the new releases from any online
retailer or Previews. So here are this weeks giblets.
The Giblet Gravy Spec of the Week:
Nameless #1 (Image). It’s Grant Morrison. Wait, you don’t know who
Grant Morrison is? Stop reading this site already, you don’t belong
here. Maybe you should find a new hobby, like marble collecting or
something.
The Bloody Wing Mid Section Noteworthy Pick:
New Zodiax #1 (Astronaut Ink) – Independent, cool covers. Interesting story.
“The energies mankind has invested in the great astrological circle
over millennia are formidable, and can empower a select few, twelve to
be exact. Meet the New Aquarius, aka The Liberaider! Join the search
to discover the members of the New Zodiax!” Written and Art by Joe St.
Pierre. I give credit to any comic book creator who can handle both
the writing and artwork.
The Drumstick Drumroll Honorable Mentions of the Week:
Enormous #6 is back (Don’t forget to place your order for the CHU
variants as well) but so is a 4th printing of Edge of
Spider-Verse #2
, Gwen Stacy, aka Spider-Gwen. So buy them up, flip’em
if you can and don’t pay any attention to Silk so I can have her all
for myself.

  1. Oh and if you find the Jonathan Hickman Nameless #1 variant.. I think it’s the coolest out of them all.
As for New Zodiax, expect super small print run. Probably not even going to be at most comic shops.

  2. You will share Silk with me. We share the same views on her relevance. And Nameless sounds incredibly intriguing.
