From CBR.com. We had previously mentioned that Morena Baccarinas was in the running for the female lead in Deadpool, well she got it.
The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Morena Baccarin has landed the female lead role in Fox’s upcoming “Deadpool” feature film. The actress, seen most recently in a supporting role on the TV series “Gotham,” will star alongside Ryan Reynolds.
The announcement reveals that Baccarin will play Deadpool’s love interest and will try to deal with, as THR states, “falling for a man with a hideously scarred face.” Baccarin was one of a number of actresses previously short-listed for the part; “Orange is the New Black” star Taylor Schilling was also reportedly up for the lead female role along with Jessica de Gouw (“Arrow”), Crystal Reed (“Teen Wolf”), Rebecca Rittenhouse (“Red Band Society”) and Sarah Greene (“Vikings”).
Need to figure out who she is playing. A lot of spec on this, along with a lot of chatter that it may be Copycat. Her first appearance is in New Mutants 98. Good luck with that one. Copycat first appears as herself in X-Force #19. Night be worth grabbing a few cheap copies of this.

I was going to make a joke about my second child being a “50 shades” child but will skip it.
Haha.. well, no, not really. Fifty Shades is just cheap easy entertainment for women that they’ll never do themselves.. I’ve actually known men who will literally lose a paycheck at the strip club because they actually think those girls *like* them.. Fifty Shades is stupid, but men are even dumber when it comes to sex! 😉
Plus, 50 Shades is just a redo and nothing new.. anyone watch the movie Secretary with Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader..
