broke the news that the CW is in the works to bring a DC Comics Superhero Team-up show.

DC Comics superheroes are uniting in a potential new drama series at the CW, a garbercaity lotzspinoff from hits Arrow and The Flash that will feature several fan-favorite recurring actors/characters from both shows. I have learned that the network has teamed with Arrow creators Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Marc Guggenheim for a project eyed for next season toplined by Brandon Routh, Victor Garber, Wentworth Miller and Caity Lotz.
Don’t expect Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman, but according to CBR, here are a couple of characters we could see:
Booster Gold and Blue Beetle: First appearance of Blue Beetle is probably out of the question for most spec-ers, but Booster Gold #1, the first appearance of Booster Gold, is very affordable. This was also a spec darling for a while.
Blue Beetle Jamie Reyes: Jamie first appears in Infinite Crisis #3 and according to CBR that if “Ted Kord still isn’t available — there’s always the Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle.”
Vixen: First appearing in Action Comics #521, she is already scheduled to appear in Flash/Arrow.
John Stewart: First appeared in the already pricey key Green Lantern #87, but also possibly in the Justice League movie.
The other characters on the list are Star Girl, Martian Manhunter, Mr. Miracle, Ralph and Sue Dibney, Hawk Girl, and Maxwell Lord.
This is early spec, but it never hurts to be prepared.
