Ok, do not read this if you do not want to know the epic conclusion of Scott Snyder’s Endgame run on Batman.
Well, you have come this far.
Batman #40 is the end of the line for the Scott Snyder epic storyline “Endgame.” Joker has come back with a vengeance.
We have seen the pictures of the Batman Battle suit from Convergence.
We have heard the rumors that Jim Gordon will be Batman.
Now the final piece to this has all come forward. This makes getting Batman #40 and the combo pack especially (much smaller print runs on these) worth while.

What’s the release date on this?
Not 100% sure on the release date. Can’t find a clear answer in it.
April 29th. I’d be at your LCS when they open. This is a sure sellout.

I did the minute I saw Trey post it. Got a regular and combo coming in. There’s a movie variant cover with joker on the front. That may pick up steam too.

Sorry, probably a dumb question but what is the ‘combo pack’ and how is it different than a normal #40 issue?
This one has a color difference. It’s a variant to the regular cover and more sought after due to scarcity.
Definitely going after the movie variant. The regular cover looks like complete ass…

Nice!! Hopefully I get off work early on that release date so I can do some shopping around. And I need to catch up on my Batman reading so I can know what all of this end game is about cuz it sounds good
Where is anyone finding these? Everywhere either is sold out or not yet available. Want to buy the regular, movie, 1:25 and combo. Some of you seem like you got some, did you buy them a while ago?
I ordered mine in January from the previews. Only have a regular & movie variant coming though.

Batman is usually top seller too, always over 100k printed each issue. I wouldn’t go too crazy on these and only flip’em if you have them in hand while people are going nuts for them (because you know there are those that will).
i picked up 3 copies of batman 38 combo pack yesterday at local comic book shop
they could be red hot very soon it seems
now i have to get 39 and 40 combos, that will not be as easy i

I had ordered 3 copies of the movie poster var a few weeks ago for just under cover.
Anyone know of other sites that may have the variants at a good price? Saw TFAW and Mid Town are out.. Anyone going to the Mid Town Snyder signing???
I did a signing with Snyder earlier this year. Had a bunch of books grades he signed. Hope he comes around again.
