Store variants can be hit or miss, but here is one that is a home run. Comic Bug held their free comic book day event, like many other stores, but added a couple of extra books available for purchase to help bring in people.
First up is the Edge of Spider-Verse #2 COMIC BUG Exclusive Store SIYA OUM Variant.
(these have been selling out quickly.)
They also did a Edge of Spider-Verse #2 Siya Oum variant (black&white version) EXCLUSIVE, which is even more exclusive.

So does this mean there’s 3 different covers now for EOS#2? The standard cover, 3rd print variant, land variant, and this one?
1st print, Variant, Third Print, Color Comic Bug, Black and White Comics Bug, five now (if you count the variant to the variant)
The color comic bug cover has to be the best looking of them all. Surprised Edge Of Spider-Verse #2 was given the variant when EOSV#2 came out over half a year ago as opposed to spider-Gwen #1. Spider-gwen #1 also had tons of exclusive variants unlike EOSV

I would wait until they sell out of theirs or you will be competing against their $25 price.

Spam filter picks up a lot of things it shouldn’t. Ask Agent Poyo, he is forever trapped in the Spam filter.
There is a filter on here for websites. Keeps a lot of fake watch and study at home places off the comments. Does not discriminate between legit and fake links.

I have been friendly with the guys from CBI and CBSI for a long time. Would never delete things because it referenced them. A lot of the guys still come over here and comment.
Haha, yeah. At some point his Akismet was blocking all of my comments as spam about a year ago. Some would go through, some wouldn’t. Drove me nuts, Tony couldn’t find what was the issue until I told him to check under Akismet settings and there they all were.. 😉
I only personally censor slander/libel and foul language (within reason Damn it).

The Comic Bug is a great store. Super place to visit, glad they were able to get this, they deserve it
they also had Robbie Rodriguez and Siya Oum on had to sign them for people at their free comic con/book day in Culver city.
So what print are these considered, I’m assuming 5th or so?

Were they coming out with a regular cover 6th print variant where they just change the bottom border color as well? This one is tempting but to me the hype is kind of gone.. seems even the 1st prints are starting to level off as well.. unless there’s some media news or whatever happens in Secret Wars, I don’t see much movement on these, at least not right now.
Since so many people are buying/flipping these now, the price seems to be leveling off.
Plus, ComicBug seems to have alot in stock. They keep selling out then listing more.

Still it is a great cover. But yeah, as long as they have them in stock it will be hard to compete against the original seller. Even though I have seen some non-Comic Bug auctions go over the price the original seller is selling them for.

Reminds me of the awesome Descender Painted Visions variant. Sell’em in batches, kept bumping up the price a little, those that bought multiple copies couldn’t unload them at the higher going rate.
I was gonna pull the trigger and buy a copy but nah, I’m not bothering now, especially since I stopped picking up to read. But I do agree, it’s one of the better covers of Gwen… but I’m not buying it at $25 to stick in personal collection…
