Why oh why did I sell all the copies of Superman Adventures #5 that I found?
Bleeding Cool mentioned that Livewire will appear on CBS’ Supergirl.
While prices of Superman Adventures #5 have gone down from the high point (when I sold the 6 copies I had found), they could go back up.
At SDCC tonight during the WBTV panel, It was revealed that two villains who would be appearing in the series are Livewire and Reactron. No mention of casting yet.
Also look for Livewire’s first DCU appearance in Action Comics #835. These are more affordable.
Seller regret is common especially for comics that continue to rise in price. Advantage of selling at high price is that profits could be used to replace at possibly lower price. Oddly, Livewire reminds me of Deadpool in that 2nd and 3rd appearances ( in Superman Advenutures 22-23) might be worth less than later comic Action 835?
Found two copies in the wild for $4 each over a year ago. Sold one right away for around $75-$80 and was happy with that flip. Glad I decided to hold one copy but I’ll be keeping it for the PC.
Wow. I also sold my copies. Two of them for $25. Time to search for more in the wild.
cant catch em all folks. u dont make money by holding books. u often times cant get a hold of enough copies to sell a bunch and keep a bunch for some specific moment in the future. just the nature of the business. i found two for eight bucks and sold both when she was hot then moved on. no sellers remorse here. also dont be afraid to jump in at a higher price if u know there is heat around a book. ive made handsome profits on books that had already begun to rise.
ur not gonna find every money maker in a dollar box.
