  1. Surprised Enormous isn’t selling more either. Good book. Any word on the whole Fox “event series”? Is that still in the works? If so, once they start showing that the book should take off.

  2. Fox should be happy with comic related material. Deadpool pulled in $270 mil worldwide this weekend, unheard of for a R rated movie ( my 5year olds first r rated movie) . I believe that is the highest grossing weekend for a Fox/Marvel movie.

    1. Aren’t they just moving Snyder over to Detective? I thought I read that on CBR. There will be a hiatus for a bit, but then I expect Detective Comics will become the primary Batman book. And they probably figure by name alone, “Batman” will continue to sell okay since it has better name recognition to general/newer readers than “Detective Comics”. I’m dreading seeing news on what the latest DC Reboot/Renumber might do to their entire line… I am hoping it is not another “soft reboot” like some of the DCYou changes that go unexplained. Or poorly explained, when Didio decides to promote “flexible continuity”…

  3. Enormous and Wes Craven’s coming of rage is crazy low. Does the print run go for both cover A&B on these two books?

    1. Coming of Rage surprises me the most. I thought retailers would bump up their orders, knowing that diehard Wes Craven fans are out there, so they’d surely sell over time, even if they don’t sell immediately after release. I’m one of those fans; I was already ordering heavy on it before his unfortunate death, because it was a big deal to me. That being said, I was actually a bit disappointed with the final product. It is pulling several horror genres together, like many works do these days, but I was really hoping for some truly original twist that just didn’t materialize. Still worth having if you’re a Wes Craven fan. And with apparently hardly any copies out there, let alone with the cover split on that number, I am glad I bought them upon release!
