  1. Last time I ordered a comic con box the comic was damaged. I contacted them and they said a replacement would be sent. Roughly three weeks later I contacted them again, they apologized and said it would be sent out ASAP. Weeks later still no replacement. I contacted them again and of course they said it would be sent out. It wasn’t. Another attempt and close to a month later I finally did get the replacement….more damaged than the first one. As tempting as the new box offerings are I am not sure I can go back with such awful customer service.

    1. Wow. Sorry to hear that. All mine have come safely. I know the earlier boxes did not protect the comic so well (sans bag and board)

      1. I might give them another try down the road a ways, but right now it was too much back and forth and time wasted for a comic worth about $15. I have a feeling most people haven’t had issues with them. If a problem does come up, they might not be all in on helping get it resolved properly. We’ll see how they progress. Anyone else have issues with them? Just curious.

          1. That’s because they know you are the almighty CHU master and they don’t want to piss you off….. one bad review by CHU and your bankrupting their business. 😉
