Here is a book we have been talking about for a while. Monstress has been a book that had no variants, no media tie-ins, and still has just been growing on the back issue market. It has gone through a first print, a second print
,and a third print
. All in all, just a good book, with good art, that is driving demand.
The second print is the one you want to look out for though. The first print
is selling nicely for $20 and up but the second print
is selling for over $55 and will soon be pushing over $60
. I found a couple of these still on shelves so be on the look out. The second print has a different cover from the first print, but the same as the third. The only difference between the 2nd and 3rd print is the Gold Colored Logo on the 2nd print (and of course the label 2nd print and the bar code difference.)

Agreed. I have been really enjoying it. Very rich world they are crafting. Saga gets thrown around a lot, and while the story is vastly different, I think this book is Saga levell
Cool! I had to get a second print cause I couldn’t find a first.
Not a bad way to end up. Could sell the 2nd print, and buy a first print and still make a tidy profit.

i have 2 copies and im holding them,,,if i had 3 or more i would have put one up already
I ended up with 2 2nd prints, 3 3rd prints and a bunch of 1st prints. So I am glad to hear this.
Why is the 2nd print going up so much? Is it scarce?
