Big Hero 6 returns to TV

It has been announced that Big Hero 6 is returning, this time to television, with most of the original cast in tact. That could be good news for people holding copies of Sunfire and Big Hero 6 #1, Alpha Flight #17, and Big Hero 6 #1.
While the prices are off since the lull between the movie and the direct sequel, which will be coming to tv, the books could see a rise due to interest.
From Comicbook.com:

Today, Disney confirmed that the 2017 series would debut with most of the film’s original voice talent.
That’s right! Fans will be able to revisit San Fransokyo with Big Hero 6’s original cast. Ryan Potter will reprise his role as Hiro while Scott Adsit returns as Baymax. Alan Tudyk will be back as Alistair Krei, Maya Rudolph returns as Aunt Cass, and Jamie Chung will return as Go Go. In fact, most of Hiro’s squad will be making a comeback as Genesis Rodriguez will play Honey Lemon and David Shaughnessy will cover Heathcliff.
And, of course, Stan Lee himself will play Fred’s dad.

  1. My little one loves Big Hero 6. He watches it like crazy. So I know the movie from beginning to end lol. This is great news for my son lol

  2. I still need a couple issues of the Claremont mini-series for my personal collection. People have still been hoarding these books waiting to sell them when they peak again. I think part of the problem is that the Disney versions of the characters don’t resemble their comic book counterparts closely enough; Baymax being the most obvious change. I still enjoy the movie, though, and it will be cool to see them in a TV Series. I hope it does well.
