  2. Yeah, some decent prices…thing about Amazon is they don’t require dealers to show actual photos of the book and “like new” can be taken very loosely. Always cautious when I buy on Amazon, but sometimes a deal can be found.

    1. Yup. But their return policy has always been fantastic. I have gotten refunds from Amazon without them ever sending me a return label. You never have to pay for returns through Amazon (well, rarely)

      1. That is true!… A few of years ago I bought a Hulk 181 and received a Hulk comic worth about 50 cents…. Since I paid on the Amazon Card I got my money back with only minimal hassle roughly a week later. They are definitely good with stuff like that.

      1. I did too… But those went bye bye when I discovered girls soon after in the mid 90s.. Then I got married, had kids and came back to comics. 😉

  4. No question about it, Amazing Spiderman #361 is a legit key now with all the movie news. It was definitely heading in that direction for a while now, but this past week put an explanation point on it! #361 has been flying off of ebay like crazy…for a book that was still $70 for ungraded NM copies and over $300 for graded 9.8’s before the announcement that is saying a lot! I truly hope Sony does not screw this up! Fans deserve Venom and Carnage done right!

      1. It can…not as much a premium as some try to get, such as Mile High, who literally double the price (or more) of their Newsstand variants. I would say for a super high grade, hot item, anywhere from 10% to 20% isn’t out of the question.

  5. #awesomesauce I just hope sony does this movie right . I remember making mad moneyw ith venom with spiderman 3 and that movies hype . then it came out. and the books cooled off from a bad movie . all spiderman three is remembered for now is tomany villans peter parker dancing and topher grace being way to small for the roll of venom I liked topher as venom . carnage and venom books were heating upbefore the movie news but now and if the movie is done right these books and other collectibles will explode #testify blind adam out
