OMG!
Grandpa looks like he’s illustrated from the same hand that did the drawings in R.Dawls B.F.G..
Picked this up on Wednesday, along with the Pride variant.
I forgot to get the pride variant but they had a ton.
This is turning into a really interesting read.
I like it a lot. I loved the pigs thing this issue. I knew it and when he was talking about the vampires that way.
Binge read the 3 issues and have enjoyed it so far, doing a good job with the pacing which is crucial when it comes to characters that are “immortal”- letting us know just enough of their backstory where the reader can almost predict the plot and sets them up for “plot-lusting”.
Love this book so much. So was this the first full appearance of grandpa ?
I think he has cameoed but this looks like a full first.
I only read the first issue so far, but I have it in my pullbox. I did like the first issue.
