Is Reborn the First Book to get show in the Netflix/Millarverse deal?

One of the most talked about titles coming out of news of the Millarverse/Netflix deal is Reborn the Greg Capullo drawn series by Mark Millar. A tweet surfaced that let on that Reborn could have been confirmed it was going to go into development.
It all started with this tweet from (potentially) Greg Capullo’s brother Tom Caulfield.

Greg Capullo retweeted the original, and followed up with.

Another twitter user tweeted Tom and asked if he accidentally confirmed a Reborn Netflix series to which Tom replied:

Not sure if it was back peddling or exactly as stated but one should start looking at some of the rarer variants, which have come down in price, including the McFarlane Variant, the 1:100 sketch, and the NYCC.

  1. Really hope this happens. Loved the mini and thought from issue one it had the makings of a very interesting TV mini as well.

  2. Smug face…..
Picked up about 20 copies of this in a range of covers including the rare one as soon as I read your article about millarworld being bought by Netflix.
Also bought a load of jupiters legacy.

    1. I commented on initial post about buy out with quote from Millar.
He hinted right from day one that Reborn and jupiters legacy would be priorities.
I basically bought as much UK stock of both of those as I could and also a few huck comics and I got Nemesis #1 Steve Mcgiven dynamic forces cover which is apparently very rare.
All for super cheap (in many case she lower than face value.
Worth the risk, look what happened to both DC and marvel following their buy outs.

      1. Also backtracking could be due to Netflix telling them not to announce anything…. they may have got a slap on the wrist.
