Before we get into it, let me start by saying, it is a very solid story. Having not read an X-Men book in a while, I found it pretty interesting.
Here is the solicitation:
She will return, like a Phoenix from the ashes. Years ago, Jean Grey died and the X-Men mourned her. Since then, the world has changed, her teammates have lived without her and died without her. And now, when strange events start happening all over the world, those teammates can only come to one conclusion – the one true Jean Grey is back!
The story starts off with a mysterious black eyed kid. She starts the mystery off. But not too much is information is given about her. I expect we will see more of her as the story progresses.
Rachel Summers seems to have a connection with her.
Since the book is called Resurrection, we expect to see some characters come back, like this guy. We have seen him back recently, but this seems to start his return story.
Speaking of returns, here is a certain “force” returning.
And what would be the return of Jean Grey without….
And the return of another dead character.
And finally, a character that died (The Infinity Gauntlet #4) returned, died (Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #11), returned, died (Secret Wars #4), returned, and died (Death of X #1) has returned…
Scott ? Mmmnn
I think I’ll pass…….except for the Artgerm variant I already pre-ordered.
Also, didn’t OML just get his head blown off in the last issue of A New Wolv. ?
