Image Comics Murder Falcon Pays Homage to Beatles Abbey Road

Our friends at Hall of Comics has something in store for Murder Falcon #1. They are paying homage to the Beatles Abbey Road on an exclusive variant, as well as, hosting a release day signing for the book.

Preorders open Fri 9/28 at 11am EST for The Hall of Comics exclusive shop variant of Daniel Warren Johnson’s MURDER FALCON #1 on their website,! This new series, from Image Comics and Skybound, is by the creator of “Extremity” and “Space-Mullet.” The cover he created especially for The Hall, inspired by The Beatles classic album cover “Abbey Road,” is limited to ONLY 500 COPIES! It’s $19.99, but they’re offering a special price of $14.99 to active shop subscribers, as well as anyone who purchases the book in-shop at their release party on Wed 10/10 when Mr Johnson will be there from 4pm-7pm. He’ll be signing copies and doing sketches, as time allows. They’ll also have an authorized witness available to submit signed books for official grading. Don’t miss out – Murder Falcon was sent from The Heavy to destroy all evil, and soon you can read his story!

The Hall of Comics is located at 3 Turnpike Rd, Southborough, MA 01772

From DANIEL WARREN JOHNSON, the creator of the Eisner-nominated series EXTREMITY, comes MURDER FALCON! The world is under attack by monsters, and Jake’s life is falling apart: no band, no girl, no future… until he meets Murder Falcon. He was sent from The Heavy to destroy all evil, but he can’t do it without Jake shredding up a storm. Now, with every chord Jake plays on his guitar, the power of metal fuels Murder Falcon into all-out kung fu fury on those that seek to conquer Earth. It’s time to shred!

Why is the 2nd character from the left wearing shoes? Neat idea, but I do not think it was executed that well.
