Books hit the shelves Wednesday mornings, but sales go on before that. Here is what our picks are doing on eBay going into Wednesday morning.
Interesting week this week with a nice mix of regular covers, B variants, and ratio variants selling for above cover.
Edgar Allan Poe’s Snifter Of Terror #4 – Like I said in the picks of the week, prices are all over the place. This Jaws Homage has sales of $3.99 and $19.99
WWE Forever #1 – Sales in the $7 range, but asking prices are going up on this book. People are asking from $20-$30. Need to see what it ends up as.
Shadow Play #1 – Prices in the $8 range on a couple of sales. Still 2x cover can be a win.
Wonder Woman #63 Shirahama Cover – Solid $10 book at the moment. Flip quick as under cutters can wreck returns
Solo A Star Wars Story Adaptation #4 Cover B Incentive Yasmine Putri Variant Cover – Sales steady in the $50 range. Not bad for a 1:25 variant
I have a feeling the Wonder Woman will be long term spec book though. Sure there will be undercutters who want the quick sale but I think over time this one might grow. We’ll certainly know tomorrow if retailers bumped up orders since the cover artist isn’t sought after like the usual Middleton and Artgerms of the killer B cover world..
Agreed..I can only speak from inquiries in my area but it seems to be ordered very, very light . Lot of interest/talk on it as well. I love the look of it!
Buy for cover and hold, wait for the impatient undercutters to sell theirs, let supplies run a bit dry, then list I say. If it doesn’t hold on or grow, you get stuck with some awesome looking covers. 🙂
Agreed. If I see one or two in 9.8 shape I’ll grab it, but. It expecting a quick flip here.
Holy cow that Star Wars putri cover is putrid. And I’m a big fan of Putri and excited to see her Batgirl B covers in he next few months. This one is a. It worrisome though as I haven’t seen much beyond her red hood work.
SPAWN 293 B&W ISSUE HAS BEEN RECALLED! According to my local guy it was supposed to be all in black and white but color is used on some pages.

All three covers are supposed to be in black and white on the interior. Was it just the black and white cover that has color interior by accident.
