Batman Who Laughs #3 is in stores tomorrow. It continues the story of our familiar Bruce Wayne, who has been exposed to Joker toxin that is changing him, while chasing the Jokerized Batman Who Laughs who is in the DC Universe proper. Things take a big turn this issue.

i hope this series explains why he needs to have a piece of metal around his head, and why it has to have big spikes….that, as cool as it looks, has always bothered me….but capes serve no purpose either, I suppose…
